2770 Reflected reed stems

Possibly my most minimalist image to date. The stems were discovered on the shores of a foggy Nova Scotia lake.

This image is part of the finalist portfolio in the Plant Portrait category of the International Garden Photographer of the Year Competition 02 (2009). No cash heading my way, but it will appear in the IGPOTY02 book and will be my second image to be shown at Kew Gardens.
