A portrait shot of a sleepy / bored owl taken at a bird of prey centre. They are ideal subjects to photograph because of their lack of movement for 90% of the time. As is the norm for bird and animal predators, they only exert themselves when necessary, e.g. to hunt, or if disturbed.
